We work to get your Cardsmen cards to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here’s what to expect:

  •   • Where We Ship: We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and all Canadian provinces—no exceptions.
  •   • Processing Times:
    •     ○ Standard orders (non-custom): Processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    •     ○ Custom orders (e.g., scannable party cards): Take 7-15 business days to process, as they’re made to order.
  •   • Delivery Times:
    •     ○ U.S. orders: 3-5 business days after shipping (via USPS or similar trusted carriers).
    •     ○ Canadian orders: 5-7 business days after shipping (via Canada Post or partner carriers).
            Note: Remote areas may take 1-2 extra days.
  •   • Shipping Costs:
    •     ○ U.S. orders: $4.99 flat rate.
    •     ○ Canadian orders: $8.99 flat rate.
    •     ○ Free shipping on all orders over $99 (before taxes, if applicable).
  •   • Tracking Your Order: Once your package ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. You can use this to check delivery status directly with the carrier.
  • • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes—carriers may charge a fee for address corrections.
  • • Delays & Issues: Most orders arrive on time, but delays can happen (e.g., weather, carrier backlogs). We’ll notify you if we’re aware of a delay, and you can always use your tracking number for updates.
