Here’s our clear, fair return process:
- • Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return,
you must:
- ○ Request a return
within 15 days of delivery (we’ll ask for your order number and delivery
date to verify).
- ○ Send back cards that
are unused, unmarked, and in their original condition (no bent corners,
scratches, or damage).
- • Exceptions: Customized cards
(e.g., scannable party entry versions with personalized text) are
non-returnable and non-refundable, as they’re made to your specific
request.
- • How to Start a Return: Email us through your
order confirmation thread with “Return Request” in the subject line,
including your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return
address and a pre-paid label (if applicable) within 2 business days.
- • Refund Process: Once we receive your
returned items and confirm they meet our eligibility criteria, we’ll
process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds go back to your
original payment method—note that your bank may take an additional 2-3
days to reflect the funds in your account.
- • Who Pays for Return
Shipping?:
- ○ We cover it if the return is
due to a product defect (e.g., printing errors, material flaws) or if we
sent the wrong item.
- ○ You cover it for all other
reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong design).
- • No Partial Refunds: We don’t offer
partial refunds for opened, used, or damaged items—only full refunds for
